NOTICE
RE:DRESS REGULATIONS IN THE PADDOCK AND WEIGHING ROOM AT THE PUNE RACE COURSE FOR PUNE MEETING 2023.
The Committee of the Club has decided that the following will be suitable attire for gentlemen desiring entry in the paddock and Weighing Room at the Pune Race Course during the Pune Meeting 2023.

SAFARI SUIT

NATIONAL DRESS

SHIRT INCLUDING HALF SLEEVE SHIRT WITH TIE OR SCARF
It has been further decided not to have any particular dress regulations in other areas of the Members’ Enclosure at the Pune Race Course, for Pune Meeting 2023. Banians, Chappals etc. will not be permitted in the Members’ Enclosure.
In order to adhere to the dress regulations strictly, the Club would be employing security personnel near the paddock and Weighing Room. Those who are not properly attired in consonance with the dress regulations and who unwillingly follow the same, will not be permitted to enter and if such persons are found inside, they will be asked to leave the paddock and Weighing Room.
It has been noticed that several Members do not display their badges, thus making it very difficult for the staff on duty to identify and check unauthorized persons in the Members’ Enclosure. Members are requested to prominently display their Badges and / or show their Identity Cards on request by the Staff on Duty. Co-operation of Members is solicited to prevent the entry of unauthorized persons in the Members’ Enclosure.
It may please be noted that the Committee of the Club has decided that even if a person purchases a Mobile Phone Badge, the use of mobile phones will not be permitted in the Paddock. Owners, Trainers and persons who are permitted to enter the paddock are requested to strictly adhere to this rule and switch off their mobile phones while entering the Paddock.
Members are requested to ensure that the abovementioned regulations are strictly adhered to and their guests are informed accordingly.
