NOTICE : Mobile Phone Badge Charges

Re : Mobile Phone Badge Charges.
The Committee of the Club at its meeting held on 22nd January 2017 has decided to revise the mobile phone badge charges for members and non-members entering the Members and First Enclosures at the Mumbai and Pune Race Courses, as under :
ON COURSE RACE DAYS:
Members - Rs.200/- to be paid compulsorily at the entrance which is comprising of entry fee and mobile phone badge charges.
For each additional phone, the charges will be Rs.1190/- per phone.
Non-Members entering - Rs.500/- to be paid compulsorily at the entrance which the Members Enclosure is comprising of entry fee and Mobile phone badge charges.
For each additional phone, the charges will be Rs.1190/- per phone.
First Enclosure - Rs.50/- towards entrance fee and Rs.150/- towards mobile phone badge charges. Only those who are desirous of carrying their Mobile Phone inside the race course will have to pay this charge of Rs.150/- and those who are not desirous of carrying their phone can deposit their phone at the Gate and in which case they have to pay only the entrance fee of Rs.50/-
For each additional phone, the charges will be Rs.1190/- per phone.
OFF COURSE RACE DAYS :
Members - Rs.200/- to be paid compulsorily at the entrance which is comprising of entry fee and mobile phone badge charges.
For each additional phone, the charges will be Rs.1190/- per phone.
Non-Members entering - Rs.300/- to be paid compulsorily at the entrance which the Members Enclosure is comprising of entry fee and Mobile phone badge charges.
For each additional phone, the charges will be Rs.1190/- per phone.
First Enclosure - Rs.50/- towards entrance fee and Rs.150/- towards mobile phone badge charges. Only those who are desirous of carrying their Mobile Phone inside the race course will have to pay this charge of Rs.150/- and those who are not desirous of carrying their phone can deposit their phone at the Gate and in which case they have to pay only the entrance fee of Rs.50/-

TOTE ROOM AT TCH, PUNE :
Members - Rs.200/- to be paid compulsorily at the entrance which is comprising of entry fee and mobile phone badge charges.
For each additional phone the charges will be Rs.1190/- per phone
Members' Guest - Normal entry fee plus Rs.200/- to be paid compulsorily at the entrance.
For each additional phone the charges will be Rs.1190/- per phone.
HOOVES (MINI CLUB HOUSE), MUMBAI -(ONLY DURING RACING HOURS):
Members - Rs.200/- to be paid if they are carrying their mobile phone with them, otherwise they can deposit their phones at the reception desk.
For each additional phone, the charges will be Rs.1190/- per phone
Members' Guest - Rs.500/- to be paid if they are carrying their mobile phone with them, otherwise they can deposit their phones at the reception desk.
For each additional phone, the charges will be Rs.1190/- per phone.
The mobile phone badge charges for the bookmakers for both on course and off course race days will continue to remain unchanged.
The abovementioned revised charges will come into force with effect from the Mumbai Race day on Saturday 4th February 2017, onwards.
The condonation fee for unauthorized use of mobile phones for the first time will be Rs.5,000/- and for the Second time will be Rs.7,500/-. If any person is caught for the third time, and if he is a non-member, his phone will be confiscated and he will be excluded from the premises of the Club for five years. If the person concerned is a member, his phone will be confiscated and thereafter the matter would be referred to the Committee to consider suspension of membership of such member for a period of a minimum of three months.
THE ABOVE CHARGES ARE ON EXPERIMENTAL BASIS AND SUBJECT TO REVIEW AT THE DISCRETION OF THE COMMITTEE AT ANY TIME.
