Re: Entrance fee for Life Membership of the Club
The Committee of the Club had decided to increase the entrance fee for Life Membership of the Club from Rs.5 lakhs to Rs.10 lakhs. Since the abovementioned decision, the Club has been receiving several requests from candidates who have already applied for Life Membership, as also from a large section of Members, to reconsider its decision to increase the entrance fee.
In view of these requests, the Committee of the Club has reviewed its decision and is pleased to grant an interim concession by reducing the entrance fee from Rs.10 lakhs to the original amount of Rs.5 lakhs for all applications received upto 30th September 2010, after which the Committee may increase the entrance fee.
The purpose of this notice is to inform all waitlisted candidates and also to those who are desirous of taking advantage of this interim concession and apply for Life Membership of the Club at a concessional entrance fee of Rs.5 lakhs which is available only upto 30th September 2010.
